Debarking machines
Debarking machines are two-mode pass-through mechanisms consisting of an upper rotating pressure roller
and a lower rotating gear roller that feed and press the log against a rotating disc with knives. The debarked
log is a log without bark in its natural shape and curvature.
Principle of operation:
The log is fed thin end first onto feed rollers (or belts), and after being pressed by the upper roller, it starts
rotating along its axis and is pressed against the disc with knives, moving purposefully forward.
Processing speed: 6-12 meters per minute.
Produced diameters: 40-350mm.
Field of application:
Fencing, support for fruit trees, shoreline reinforcement, wooden house and building production, furniture
manufacturing.
